Isaac Lidsky (born July 30, 1979) is a lawyer and former child actor. As a law clerk for Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg in 2008-09, he became the first blind US Supreme Court clerk.Lidsky came to fame acting in the role of Weasel on Saved by the Bell: The New Class. He later was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa. After he gave up acting, Lidsky studied Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Harvard College, graduating with honors in June 1999. In July, he founded Poindexter Systems, an Internet advertising company, with his brother-in-law Joe Zawadzki and his friend Ted Shergalis. Lidsky left Poindexter in June 2001 and started studying law at Harvard Law School in Fall 2001. Lidsky was the first student to be named a fellow of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law. He graduated magna cum laude in 2004. After law school, Lidsky clerked for Judge Thomas Ambro on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He then joined the Appellate Staff of the Civil Division of the Justice Department. In two and a half years in that position, Lidsky argued more than twelve cases on behalf of the U.S. government in federal courts of appeal.In May 2009, Lidsky was named one of four "Temple Bar Scholars" by the American Inns of Court. In that capacity, he spent a month in London representing the American legal profession as he was exposed to the British legal system and community.Lidsky is the CEO of a construction firm that focuses on the Central Florida area.Lidsky is the head of Hope For Vision Lidsky lives with his wife, Dorothy (Johnston) Lidsky, whom he married in 2004. In September 2010, they had triplets, two boys and one girl.
